Review
Kaam Chalu Hai tells a touching story about a dad coping with a big loss. Rajpal Yadav plays the dad, and he does it with a lot of emotion. Palaash Muchhal directs the movie and shows how tragic accidents happen because of bad roads with big holes. Yadav's character, Manoj Patil, is determined and sad, and you can feel it. Gia Manek plays his wife, Radha Patil, adding more feelings to the story.

Plot
Kaam Chalu Hai is about Manoj Patil, played by Rajpal Yadav, and his family. They suffer a terrible loss when their daughter, Garvita, dies in a bad accident caused by dangerous potholes. Patil is heartbroken and angry because no one takes responsibility for what happened. So, he decides to fix the potholes himself.
As Patil starts his mission, he faces a lot of problems. He deals with rules and people who don't care. But he doesn't give up. He's fueled by love for his daughter and his belief that one person can make a difference. His wife, Radha, played by Gia Manek, supports him through everything. Together, they show how to stay strong even when things are tough.
